Roman is an attorney-at-law registered in Kazakhstan (license No.15022533), master of laws (LLM) in international business law, University of Liverpool (the UK). He also participated in trainings and seminars in Germany, France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Roman has 20 years of experience in legal practice and the status of accredited Legal Adviser of Astana International Financial Center.
He is a Board Member of one of the Chambers of Legal Counsels of Kazakhstan, and Arbitrator of one of the Arbitrational Courts of Kazakhstan.
