Roman is a licensed lawyer of Kazakhstan, Master of International Law - LLM, University of Liverpool (the UK), with 17 years experience of legal practice. He is accredited Legal Adviser of Astana International Financial Center, Board Member of one of the Chambers of Legal Counsels of Kazakhstan, and Arbitrator of one of the Arbitrational Courts of Kazakhstan. He is the author of scientific papers and publications.

• due diligence of a Kazakhstan construction company for a corporation from France operating in the field of alternative energy sources;
• won labor dispute of a subsidiary of a cotton processing company from Switzerland;
• issue of a legal opinion for an industrial corporation from the USA on licensing issues in Kazakhstan;
